When it’s cold outside and the days grow shorter, at Salad Story we open a new chapter of seasonal delights – our Winter Menu! It’s a selection full of rich flavours and natural ingredients, bringing together traditional Polish produce with a touch of Asian finesse.
Starring in the main role: juicy Polish duck, aromatic braised mushrooms, buckwheat groats, and creamy exotic accents that make winter dishes full of flavour and surprising contrasts.

MUSHROOM CREAM SOUP
This creamy mushroom soup offers a deep, aromatic flavour with earthy notes and delicate creaminess from vegan cream. Root vegetables add natural sweetness and richness, while lovage enhances the homemade character of the dish. It’s easily digestible and rich in fibre, B vitamins, and minerals supporting immunity and healthy nervous system function.
THAI COCONUT SOUP
Our Thai coconut soup delights with an exotic profile – combining the creamy sweetness of coconut milk with the spiciness of red curry and refreshing lime. Aromatic kaffir lime leaves, ginger, and garlic give it depth and an oriental character. This warming dish is rich in vitamins, fibre, and healthy fats that support immunity and digestion.
TERIYAKI DUCK SALAD
This composition blends bold flavours, sweetness, and a delicate hint of the Orient with the balanced freshness of vegetables. It provides diverse sources of fibre, vitamins (A, C, K) and minerals that support digestion, help regulate blood sugar levels, and positively affect gut microbiota. Buckwheat delivers rutin for vascular health, vegetables and apple offer strong antioxidants, while roasted duck provides high-quality protein and fats that improve vitamin absorption and ensure long-lasting satiety.
MUSHROOM & AVOCADO WRAP
A harmonious combination of deep, forest mushroom aroma with vegetable freshness and the gentle creaminess of avocado. It’s a wholesome meal rich in vitamins, minerals, and fibre that supports digestion, immunity, and overall regeneration. Healthy fats from avocado, antioxidants from vegetables, and protein and calcium from cheese create a balanced composition, ensuring lasting satiety and supporting nervous system and muscle function.
MUSHROOM & GOAT CHEESE BOWL
A blend of buckwheat groats with crisp vegetables, the deep aroma of braised mushrooms, and the tangy-salty creaminess of goat cheese, balanced with mildly spicy harissa seeds and a sweet-spicy, nutty dressing. DUCK & QUINCE BOWL
A combination of juicy, aromatic Polish duck with the delicate sweetness of balsamic beetroot, fresh vegetables, and the bold tang of creamy goat cheese, enriched with crunchy seeds and highlighted by a slightly fruity, sweet-tart quince dressing. This nourishing bowl delivers high-quality protein, healthy fats, and fibre that support digestion, muscle recovery, and stable energy levels. Thanks to vegetables and fermented additions, it strengthens immunity, supports cardiovascular health, and provides essential vitamins and minerals.
MUSHROOM QUESADILLA SNACK
A crispy tortilla filled with aromatic braised mushrooms and melty yellow cheese – a simple yet bold and exceptionally enjoyable snack, elevated with the light freshness of yoghurt sauce. This snack is a source of protein and calcium from cheese, along with fibre and minerals from mushrooms, supporting digestion and bone health. SEA BUCKTHORN INFUSION
A pleasantly tart, intensely fruity drink with warming aromas of anise and cloves, finished with sweet honey notes. PEAR & SEA BUCKTHORN JUICE
