The European Regional Development Fund

On 8 July 2020, the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP) awarded Salad Story S.A. a grant in the amount of PLN 281,803.56 under Measure 3.4 “Working capital grants” of the Intelligent Development Operational Program 2014-2020, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, for implementation of the Project: “Working capital grant for Salad Story S.A.”. Measure 3.4 “Working capital grants” is part of the government program to support small and medium-sized enterprises that have suffered as a result of the COVID-19 epidemic.

The funds received were used by the Company to finance the deficit of working capital caused by the government-imposed restrictions on the operation of restaurants and shopping malls, in particular for the purchase of raw materials and services necessary to maintain continuity of activities carried out in the “take-away” and “delivery” formula in selected, key outlets operated by the Company.
